Capt. Johan van Coller

He’s got fishing is in his blood!  Originally from South Africa, Johan’s captained charters in many regions of the world- the Indian Ocean, North and South Atlantic Oceans, the Mediterranean Sea and even the Amazon.  These include daily fishing charters, as well as extended trips for both tournament and family outings.  He’s captained 'Big Game' in Ft. Lauderdale for many years and also participated in several Billfish Tournaments in the Bahamas.

All of this delivers one of the best, and most knowledgable captains in South Florida.

With all of our natural and artificial reef/wreck structure and the close proximity of the gulfstream, this area offers one of the most diverse fishing opportunities on the east coast.  Only a short ride away you are in over 200’of water and at the edge of the gulfstream -that is what makes Ft. Lauderdale such a spectacular fishing destination!  Specific species include; marlin,swordfish, sailfish, mahi-mahi, blackfin tuna, king mackerel, barracuda,wahoo, tarpon, as well as a variety of snapper, grouper and other delicious reef fish ready for your dinner table!
